Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in those cases, we arrange collection at no cost to you.

To start a return, contact us with your order number. We will confirm receipt and process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the item.

Exchanges

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. Exchanges are available for a different size or colour within the same product, subject to availability.

Defects

If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or if we have sent the wrong item, we will resolve it fully — replacement, refund, or store credit — at no cost to you and with no requirement to return the original at your own expense. This is not a special policy. It is the basic standard.
