Local delivery takes 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 1pm on a business day are typically dispatched the same day.

Free shipping on all orders over HK$1,899. A flat shipping fee applies to orders below this amount.

Tracking information is sent by email and SMS once your order has been dispatched. SF Express provides real-time tracking.

Orders are packed carefully. We use clean, minimal packaging — no unnecessary tissue paper or printed inserts.
